Legal Ally is a boutique law firm led by Adam T. Mandell. The firm specializes in personal injury cases, including school bullying, trip-and-fall accidents, car accidents, brain injuries, and more.
Adam provides thorough, trial-ready representation, bringing extensive experience from his time at a large corporate firm in NYC starting in 2008. The firm prioritizes the client’s knowledge and personalized attention. In his spare time, Adam also teaches personal injury litigation to law students.
Conundrum
It’s challenging to create a unique identity in an oversaturated legal market, especially when it’s dominated by profit-driven firms. Unlike many attorneys who avoid trials or adopt overly aggressive tactics, Adam's philosophy centers on tireless preparation, thoughtful strategy, and dedication to getting the best results for his clients.
Adam intended to demystify the legal process for clients unfamiliar with litigation, offering transparency, support, and empowerment to ensure they understand and remain involved throughout the development of their case. Adam wanted his brand to communicate accessibility and compassion, ensuring clients feel informed and respected.

Our team collaborated to create a truly authentic brand for Adam T. Mandell, emphasizing personal advocacy and empowerment. By highlighting Adam as an involved, purpose-driven legal expert, we showcased the humanity in his everyday practice.
First, we generated a variety of options for company names before selecting Legal Ally from a list of hundreds. We then differentiated Adam in all aspects of the brand, emphasizing his willingness to take cases to trial when necessary, and his thorough, thoughtful strategy. Reinforcing his values, we approached his redesign with the desire to reflect his philosophy, advocacy, and the clarity of his mission. We also developed a perfect tagline to embody his work: “Empathy & experience, in every case.”
Before building his new web presence, we drilled down Adam’s legal pillars from scratch, which speaks to the wholeness of the firm. We designed a clean, modern website with comforting elements, incorporating nature imagery and landscapes from upstate New York. As we led the discovery and art direction, we created each component with the intention of evoking empathy, support, and calm. Additionally, we provided Adam with a complete business suite, including brand guidelines, logo, website, business cards, and letterhead, ensuring a cohesive, impactful brand identity that truly resonates with future clients.
